Kurkin Brandes, LLP, is a Florida law firm that focuses on contract law, franchise law, automobile dealer law and real estate law. The firm was formed in 2007 by Alex Kurkin and Marc Brandes, two highly experienced attorneys who have worked together for several years.
Kurkin and Brandes’ body of work in their respective areas of concentration make them superlative legal counselors and strategists for a wide range of businesses and individuals. They have successfully represented scores of companies and automobile dealerships in complex commercial transactions, regulatory compliance issues, franchise law, government disputes, real estate matters, and general litigation.
Both of the firm’s partners have a great deal of automotive law experience with franchises and dealerships, as they formerly served as members of the franchise dealership law group headed by Kurkin at a prominent South Florida law firm immediately prior to forming Kurkin Brandes.
