Law Firm Kurkin Brandes adds Timothy Grecsek
MIAMI (February 23, 2009) ---- Timothy Grecsek has joined the law firm of the South Florida-based Kurkin Forehand Brandes, LLP, and will focus on the firm’s work in franchise law with an emphasis on automobile dealerships. Grecsek, who has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, will work at the firm’s new Broward office located at 2900 Glades Circle in Weston.

Previously, Grecsek served as corporate counsel for automobile dealership group Braman Management Association, where he was responsible for company contracts, regulatory compliance issues, employment practices, and litigation matters. Prior to joining Braman, he served as insurance defense counsel, and spent much of his time in the courthouse. While in this position, Grecsek was appointed to represent companies from various industries, including the automotive industry, in cases involving consumer complaints, statutory violations, business disputes and employment matters. He also understands the business aspect of litigation as he previously served as a general manager for an automobile dealership in Charlotte, North Carolina. Grecsek earned his bachelor’s degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and earned his law degree from the Creighton University School of Law, and he is a member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel.
